Budget exceeded WBS

I am creating purchase order for WBS element of amount 76214 USD but getting error Budget exceeded. Details of WBS element is (checked through CJ31) Distributable 807,800.00 USD and Assigned 847,753.97 USD.

Please can you help how to check balance amount in WBS element.

Based on your input, I suppose the Actual Amount is more than the Budget amount. This is because there will be a Tolerance limit set in the system and since the Actual Amount is exceeding the Tolerance limit it gives "Budget exceeded" error message. You can check the tolerance limit set in the following path

IMG>Project Systems->Costs->Budget->Define Tolerance Limit

Now you have to increase the budget in CJ30 for that WBS element and try posting the PO against that WBS Element
