How to handle the returns from the export sale?

How the cycle flow will be?

Is it similar to domestic returns

Dear Rithvika

Yes as like domestic, you need to create the following documents

- Create a return order

- Create a return delivery (if goods are returned from overseas country)

- Issue a credit note

- Excise adjustments in J1IH

For this, you need to have copy controls

- from billing to return order in VTAF

- from return order to return delivery in VTLA

- from return delivery to credit note in VTFL

- from return order to credit note in VTFA
