Enable to open Sales Order

Hi

We are using R/3 back end, After replication of sales order from CRM to R/3,the system is not allowing to make changes in R/3. while click on change mode button it showing error.

Can anyone plz give me the inputs.....

    Hi,

    If you wanted to edit the order in ECC, which is originated from CRM follow the instructions according to note 888665.

      Hi Sourabh,

      Thanks for your response

      After replication of sales order CRM to r/3, I try to make changes particular sales order in r/3, the error is showing that "CHANGES ARE NOT ALLOWED". It is in display mode not allowing to change mode.

    Hi,

    You cannot edit the Sales orders in R/3 that are replicated from CRM.This to maintain the data integreity. But if your requirement is to edit, so you need to change the Source logical system from CRM to R/3 for that document while the order is getting replicated to R/3.
