Hi EHS Experts

What are the function modules to be configured for tracking planned orders and confirmed orders.

Does the system treats purchases with in EU as import ?

hi Nikhil,

1) If the PO is within the EU then it is not considered as an IMP.

2) The function module for the plannded and Confirmed data are as under

CBRC_PUR_PLANNED_DATA_SAVE

CBRC_PUR_CONFIRMED_DATA_SAVE

this you have to put in IMG> specify scenario>Specify Data Determination per Regulation and Scenario under save planned data and save confirmed data respectively.

hi

system does not treat purchases within EU as Import. you can explore the tracking program which will lead you to the result. regarding the function modules those are available in config help.
