Payroll Config for Absence

Hi

Can any one help me with the creation of HALF DAY COMPENSATION OFF in ABSENCE...

want to knw how to configure the above

    Hi Raj,

    This you have to do in the valuation of absences in IMG

    Payroll-> Country-> Valuation of Absences.

    first create an absece for half day later as said by kapil maintain the valuation of absence as 50% in V_T554C

    Hi,

    You can configure the quota compensation half day.

    In counting rule you can give the 50% .

    Then you can create the Loss of pay for this half day.

    For this you need to create the loss of pay type also.
