VV72 Issue

Hi All,

I have an issue on VV72 transaction for one of the condition type.

Printer is printing 4 copies instead of 3 ..

pls help me how can i change the settings?

Dear Roopa,

Go to VV72 transaction enter your shipment output condition type then go in to condition record maintanence screen from here you select the condtion record then click on Communication push button now system will take you to the Change Condition records:Communication screen here you maintain Number of Messages as 3 then try.

Also check the printer settings with the help of BASIS people.

Hi,

Check the output condition record what have you maintained in No. of copies field... it could be '4' over there.

Hi Roopa,

Inside VV72 Transaction Click Go to menu->Communication method->Number of messages sent option.

Mention the number of copies which you require.

This will print only the number you have specified.

Dear Roopa,

In VV72, under communication tab,maintain number of messages as 2 (it will print 2+1).

Just check with field-entry: Number of Copies; in Tab: Communication for the Record in T. Code: VV72
