Quota Planning

Are there any prerequisites for Quota planning?

I mean are there any modules to be implemented for using Quota planning, IT 1019?

Regards,

Pranitha

    Hi,

There is only one requirement that you have implemented OM...

You can plan required positions using the infotype Quota Planning (1019) in Simple Maintenance and the new Organisational Management interface, or in the Manager's Desktop component.

You can only carry out quota planning for organizational units.

When setting up quota planning, proceed as follows:

    1. Set Up Subtypes for Quota Planning you get to the activity Maintain Subtypes, where you can define the subtypes (0001, 0002 and so on) of infotype 1019 Quota Planning and the planning types (first planning, second planning, and so on).

    2. Define Planning Type and Time Frames you define the planning type, the period of time (week, month and so on) for which the required positions are to be planned, and the overall planning period.

    3. Define Calculation in Full-Time Equivalents (FTE) you can specify that you want to plan in terms of full-time equivalents (FTE) rather than with positions.

    Warm Regards,

    Kapil Kaushal
