Solution Manager 7 0 - SCM link to SM landscape

Dear friends,

We have Solution Manager in place and is used mainly for Service Desk functionality. We have mutiple landscapes for R/3 Modules, separate landscape for HR, SCM and BI.

It is possible to log issues into SM direclty from R/3 and HR landscape. We would like to know whether it is possible to directly log the issues from SCM landscape into SM.

Does any one have any idea about it?If so, please let me know.

    ITs always possible. Firs you need to create RFCs and define SCM logical component in SOLMAN.

    Please check this tutors.

    Once you have created logical components. Logon to your SCM system and maintain BCOS_CUST.

    Appl : OSS_MSG

    + :W

    DEST :BACK RFC NAME (for solution manager system keep this field as 'NONE')

    + :CUST 620

    + :1.0.

    This will solve your problem.
