Unable to edit position

Hi

I have given the wrong position for any employee in the infotype 0001.

How to correct the positions?

Please advise.

Hi,

First you have to create the respective position in ppoc_old. Go to the same personnel number in PA30 and run infotype 0001 Organization Assignment and goto the position field and change it to the position which u have created and save it.

You can do the changes thorugh PP02 or through Po13 - Maintain Position

Create to carete new record and Chaneg for cj\hange existing record .

Adding to Raj,

check if the new position exists, else u will have to create it. U can run conversion action after that. This will solve the issue

again run the same action on same date and change the position.
