    Hi Amrita

    You can conditionaly suppress the particular null vale.

    1) Right Click the particulr field| Format Field| In Comman Tab| select suppress check box

    .

    After suppressing fields also in crosstab it will show empty space so for that you need to follow the below steps:

    2) Right Click the particulr field| Format Field| In Border Tab| select "none" in all drop down Line style pane.

    Hi Amrita,

    Can you give little bit more description of your requirement? Do you wan't to show some default value for the null values in your crosstab or you wan't to totally avoid the null values?
