Oracle DB backup not happening via backint after increase in data files

Hi All,

We recently added data files in our oracle DB. Current Data files is >360. In case of data files > 360 backint is giving an error below:

BR0280I BRBACKUP time stamp: 2018-05-23 16.02.17
BR0229I Calling backup utility with function 'backup'...
BR0278I Command output of '/usr/sap/SSS/SYS/exe/run/backint -u ETT -f backup -i /oracle/ETT/sapbackup/.beynqzpk.lst -t file -p /
[Normal] From: OB2BAR_BACKINT@host "ETT" Time: 05/23/18 16:02:17
Backint is started with the following parameters:
/usr/sap/SSS/SYS/exe/run/backint -u ETT -f backup -i /oracle/ETT/sapbackup/.beynqzpk.lst -t file -p /oracle/ETT/112_64/dbs/ini

sh: 28186 Memory fault
[Normal] From: OB2BAR_BACKINT@host "ETT" Time: 05/23/18 16:02:25
Backint exits with the code (2).

Not sure how to solve this issue. When we take tablespace backup its working fine since it has data files less than 360.

Appreciate if i can get any help in this regard.

Thanks,
