We have the CRM Opportunities already deployed. The opportunities is built on the standard content (0CRM_OPPT_H, 0CRM_OPPT_I)and the data flow is like data comes to the header DSO and item DSO and from there it moves to individual header and item Infocubes. There is a multiprovider on these two cubes and reporting happens. In the current scenario till the DSO it is a delta load and from there it is a full load to the cube by dropping the existing data in the infocube. The data is being dropped in the cube while loading and because of this reporting is not available for some 45 minutes. The load happens 2 times a day. Now business wants to increase the number of loads and asking for a possibility of making the full load to a delta load. We have tried using a delta load from the dso but the there are duplicates coming for the header and item. So I would like to understand whether for CRM Opportunities header and item data what is the correct practice. What is the problems/concerns we have to know when we want to do a delta load for these data sources.
