Dear All.
I have two problems below.
01. One end user have deleted 3 PERNR's from the system, now no any recorts available for that particular
employees in the system. just i want to trace who (user Id) has deleted that pernrs.
For this i have run ( Actual run) report RPUAUD00. even this report is not giving any result.
02. some end users deleting records from the infotypes. for Ex. they are deleting records from the Action
infotype. so i could not able to find who has deleted that particular record.for this i have run ( actual run)
report RPUAUDDL its also not giving any result on regards this.
what may be the problem? should i do any configaration for this?
pls anybody can, help me.
regards.
Dinesh.
HI,
I thnk the configuration was missing to capture the trace for that particular field of infotype.
U can do the config at SPRO->Personnel Management->Personnel Administration->Tools->Revision->Setup Change document.
Here U need to define infotype to be logged and also the fields in infotype to be logged. Follow the steps there. Pretty self explanatory steps.
But I'm afraid that U can not get the trace for the existing deletions. But I think U can talk to Basis guys. They may help U out from Database level tracing.

Hi Biswajit,
thz for ur updation.
Once i did the configuration as u said, how can i trace the changes or deletion happened in the infotypes. (not passed im asking future deletion or changes)
after configuration done, should i run the report RPUAUD00 or RPUAUDDL. or are they any other option?
thanks and regards.
Dinesh.
Hi,
After configuration U should use RPUAUD00 to see the log changes.
This report will show U what was there before change and what is there after change.
So in case of deletion U will find all the data before change but nothing in after change area, which means that this record is deleted.
Now coming to RPUAUDDL, This is used to delete the logs which u are seeing from RPUAUD00.
This is used periodically to delete the logs to keep database size proper.
Hope U understood.

Try Report : S_AHR_61016380
Talk to your Security consultant and see if you can restrict Delete option for normal user and give delete option to super users alone.
