BP missing in MSA

Everyone,

When a lead is entered in CRM online along with business partner, the BP field is not flowing to Mobile Client. We contacted SAP about this and they suggested in implement the note 1035389. We implemented that note. It looks like this helped us with many of the leads but we are still having trouble with BP not showing in MSA in some leads.

Any suggestions? Appreciate taking time to answer my question,

Hi,

do you mean only the value in the field or the complete BP object?

For the BP you also need to check whether you have a suitable BP subscription which will extract the BP to the Mobile site. Can you find the missing BP in the BP search/list tileset?

Yes we can find the BP in the search list. We are not able to see that BP only in the transaction.

Also as a temporary work around, the BP is getting populated if someone goes into this same transaction and makes any minor changes in online side.

Hi,

Check whether you have the entry on the Mobile Client tables SMOKNA1SHT and SMOKNA1? Does removing the subscription from the site and adding it back again help?
