Hi there,
Has anyone ever used IDM to send an Identity's picture to AD. Doesn't necessarily need to be from IDM, it can be from a file.
Thanks,
Matt
I asked "Does LDAP connector support photo upload?"
The reply

Hello,
This is not supported by standard provision framework.
You will need to make your own implementation/configuration to achieve this.
Thanks.

So after a little playing around I found the following PowerShell. When I get it all adapted to IDM I'll write something up. You just need to make sure that the folder holding the picture files is accessible. For best results they should be 96x96 in size.
Import-Module ActiveDirectory
$userName = "pollicovem"
$photo = [byte[]](Get-Content C:\pictures\"$userName.jpg" -Encoding byte)
Set-ADUser $userName -Replace @{thumbnailPhoto=$photo} '

SAP says it is not supported. I raised a message to SAP and got this reply.
We can read though.
