Type conflict when calling function module HRXSS_PER_READ_PNNNN., error key

Hi,

While deploying my ESS application for pdata, I am getting the following error:

    Hi SS,

    This Error is mainly occurs beacuse there is no sync between the HR package and ESS/MSS Packages in Portal.

    In R/3 you have SAP_HR and EA_HR these packages should be in sync with the ESS Packages.

    If they are not in sync then you have to upgrade those packages according to the product availability matrix available in service market place.
