Check Mark Indicator on PO Header Text

our users are under the impression that on a PO header where the texts are there used to be a Check Mark indicating that that piece of info on the header text was maintained. IE when Payment terms or notes were added to the header a check mark would appear along side that text element. I have hunted all over can not find if there is config that controls this or not. Does any one know? If so please provide me as to how this is done or maybe not done any longer in sap.

5 seconds and Google found numerous pictures with such check mark using the search term "PO header text", e.g. https://archive.sap.com/image/114880

If you would have posted the screenshot from your system then we could compare, e.g. whether this column is at all visible or is a kind of hidden because of a wider header text name

Shrink the field width, move the mouse over the right end of the visible field until it changes its appearance then click and hold the mouse and move it to the left. your system has just the header text and the second column cannot be seen.

Maybe you need to change the window resolution in your local PC or eventually you changed the font for your SAP Gui and the text takes now to much room, select a smaller font.
