How to install service pack or hotfix?

Guys,

My number of installation (help>> about xcelsius) is 12.0.0.121.

I would like to install the service pack and hotfixes available for xcelsius to correct the problems of the tool.

someone can explain me step by step how to do this?

I downloaded the latest and I got a message that said it was an incorrect level when I tried to install it (from it's own directory after unzipping). I went back and got the first SP1 update and it installed ok and then installed the latest and that went fine. Not sure but it looks like you can't just jump to the latest download. It's ok now. Thanks.

Hi, Is SP1 still available? The link above to the .zip is no longer good.

Also, I am not finding SP1 (the SP1 w/o Hot Fixes) on:

Do you need to delete the currently installed Xcelsius before installing SP1? I get a setup error when I try to run the setup file from the download.

No. You should not have to uninstall first.

Did you unzip the package before trying to run it? Do not run the setup.exe from inside the zip file.

Otherwise, please post the exact error message you are getting.

Hello,

Step 1: Install SP1,this will replace your RTM version of Xcelsius ,you can download it from here.

Step 2: Install FP1,upon completion of installation the Help > About Xcelsius version should show a build version no; of 12.1.1.344. Again you can download FP1 from here,

I have dowloaded the file but it shown me up that it´s corrupted. Do you know if there is another source for a new download?
