Check in WE20 and BD87...if some IDOCs are pending and in SM58 if some RFC's are stuck...execute them if any.

    Hi Ricky,

This issue is nothing but due to the conversion option selected in RFC connection is different from the existing.

Please check this in your RFC connection properties. Please ask your basis team to do this conversion option change in BW RFC connection.

    Regards,

    Mahesh

    hi ricky,

go to t.code RSA3 and give ur datasource name and check whether there any records available for it or not. If there are no records there might be some problem with the datasource.

    regards,

    raghu.

    Dear Ajeet,

Regarding BD87 displayes : IDoc status -- 51 ,Incomplete control parameter for commmunication with the BW system .

Incomplete control parameter for commmunication with the BW system

    Message no. R3030

    Diagnosis

The control parameters for communication with the BW server are not complete. A BW PlugIn upgrade could be the cause of the problem.

    Procedure

Depending on the Release of the BW server, proceed as follows:

BW Server Release 1.2B: Source system: Update InfoSource metadata

BW Server Release >= 2.0A: Source system: Activate

    Of course , i used the command:migrate .

please provide me the deeply cause.

    Thanks a lot !

    Ricky

    Dear Ajeet,

I check source system, display: Destination DEV has incorrect Unicode setting; adjust it to destination RSAR 673

    Diagnosis

The unicode settings for destination DEV do not match the source system

    System Response

Conversion errors might occur during data transfer.

    Procedure

In the RFC destination maintenance screen (transaction SM59</>) on the

<LS>MDMP & Unicode</> tab page, change the Unicode settings in

accordance with the settings in the source system

    Procedure for System Administration

    How to deal with ?

Thanks a lot for your great help !

    Best Regards,

    Ricky
