2) What is prorata replacement?

3) Where will we get reorder level?

Hi Archana,

If you require purchase requistion then you have to develop a separate screen and that can be integrated to sap b1 by means of add-on this can be done only by SAP Implementation partner.

There is no direct possibility of Purchase requistions or Purchase Indents in B1. As a workaround you can use Purhcase Order and introduce an Approval Procedure.

2) What is prorata replacement?

Need more clarification on this.

3) Where will we get reorder level?

Open Inventory-> Item Master Data-> Inventory Data Tab.

Here you can find 'Min. Inventory' in the Matrix.

There is also an 'Alert' available for 'Minimum Stock Deviation', which detects when the inventory for an Item falls below the minimum level, which has been defined in the Item Master Record.
