Availability Check in CO01

Dear All,

During the creation of a production order (CO01) I click on availability check and it says materials are available even though the stock is 0.

Why is that?

Where do I configure that? I checked in OPJJ (availability Check) and I have the following checked

  • STOCKS

include safety stock

stockin transfer

incl. quality inspection stock

*REP. LEAD TIME

Check without RTL

*IN/OUT MOVEMENTS

incl. purchase orders

incl. purch req.

incl. reservations

incl. sales requirements

incl. deliveries

Incl. Planned Orders X

Incl. Production ORders X

    Dear Rafik,

    Check what value have you asigned in the Material master.

    For that value check in OPJJ what is the scope of check.

    Check with this and revert back.

      Dear Rafiq,

      1. check in OVZ2 for 02 in the no check column any tick is enabled? if avail. check has to happen there should be no tick.

      2. check in OPJK, for ur plant and order type business function 1 and 2 are maintained in different line
