Query related Absence Notification workflow task

HI all,

I created a workflow for Approving the Absence notification form created by any user.

The workflow is associated with the business object "FORMABSENC".

So when a user creates the Absence notification form, this Workflow will get triggered by the "AbsenceForm.Created" event. This workflow in-turn calls the Method AbsenceForm.Approve of the business object and sends a workitem notification to the agent assigned so that he/she can either APPROVE or REJECT the absence form.

But the the problem is when the agent attempts to open the workitem from his mailbox to either approve or reject the form, a message is populated saying No administrator found for this task and does not allow him to perform the task . And hence this workitem continues to be in READY status itself and the workflow is not completed at all.

Has anybody faced this kind of issue?? What could be the reason for this??

Do we have to add any roles to the AGENT assigned for approving/rejecting this form?? or have i missed out anything??

Request you to kindly help me solve this and the same would be appriciated.

Thanks in advance

Ramya
