Hi Gurus,
We are on SRM 5.0 using classic scenario, we recently upgrade support package 4 into support package 12. There are minor changes in ORS. During shopping cart creation when requestors need to input text on the Vendor text and Internal note area under Documents and Attachments section, they need to scroll up to view the additional "Area Text" instead of just putting the text on the Table Text Overview which is their normal practice before the upgrade. Now they are requesting to bring back the original behaviour of inputting text just beside that Vendor Text and Internal note area then suppress the additional Area text.
Please advise.

Even we are on SP12.
What do you mean by area text? Have you added one more tab with "Area text"?
