Storage Location in Transaction MIGO against movement type 101

Hello All,

Case : There are two purchase orders with Account Assignment category as K and the material is also entered in the PO .

In the first case at the time of posting GR , storage location is visible in the Where Tab of MIGO transaction and for the second PO the Storage Location itself is not visible .

Could anyone let me know what might the cause of this problem.

Hi,

If account assignment is K for both the PO, then check the attributes of Material types.Is it qty n value updation both or only qty updation.This may have the impact on the storage location view in MIGO.

Quantity and value updating has created the difference.

Hi ,

I am also having the above said problem, But in my case both the materials are maintained by value and quantity. What else could be the issue ? One material value is maintained with standard price for another it is maintained with moving average price. For moving average price maternail the storage location is getting displayed.

Hi Ramesh,

If the POs are done with account assignment as "K", then at the time of GR (MIGO) storage location will be shown.

Why because, the material is directly booked to consumption, this is not in the stock and no need to issue the same.

Hi,

In account assignment PO, storage location tab will not appear as material will directly get consumed without coming to storage location so please check weather both PO's are account assignment PO or not.

If u have to mentioned storage location in PO it will be defaulted in MIGO

If not then while MIGO u need to mention same
