Posting on Pooled Space

Dear All,

We implement RE-FX with FI-integration. Based on requirements some FI documents will be posted on RE- Objects. (Buildings, Rental-Objects, Contracts e.g.).

Question is could we extend standard to post on pooled space also?

In Standard solution can post Fi documents on following object types:

- Bus. entity

- Building

- Property

-Rental unit

- Contract

- Settlements Units

Thanks for help!

      Hello Tadeusz,

in FB01 T.code you can post on:

      Bus. entity

Rental object (in search help you can choose eather it is RU(rental unit), RS(rental space), or PS(pooled space) )

      Settlements Units

If you open in FI RE-FX assignments all this object assighnments become available.

      Please see carefully.

You can post to Pooled spaces also. Pooled space is one of the Rental object.

Simply assign the pooled space to the RE contract. And enter the pooled space in the distribution rule.

Transfer postings will be carried the FI values to Pooled space as the account assignment.

    This is a standard procedure.
