Personnel administration

hi,

I have some confusion in suspention action , what should be the employee status for employee in suspension if he is suspended and is given only one type of wage type that will be 50% of PF.

Regards,

Vinny

    Hi,

He shall be in Inactive status and the payment can be made only through IT0014 or IT0015.

    Hi,

After running suspention action , status depends directly on what you have entered in IMG and may be 0, and 2 its depends in the customizing what you have done for that action.

And for the full & final settlement you have to run the Termination Workbench or program HINCTER0

Here you can pay the employee as per agreements . For that you have to maintain infotype 0016.
