How to move (control/change) field to other tab on FV60 (enjoy view)

Hello Gurus. Plz help me..

Our customer request header text field move to 1st tab on FB60.

Is it possible to cotrol?

Please help me. If it is impossible, I should make Shell program to input normal expense data using BDC.
