    Hi Anand,

Check the customization of "scope of check" in the availability check section. Availability check may take into consideration not only unrestricted stock.

    Transaction OPJJ.

Pay attention to the resolution of this definition - checking group from material master and checking rule from your activity.

    Thanks and reagards

    Dear

You control these through OPJK - order control, There two options availalble 1- During order creation and 2 - During order release

There selelct your plant and order type combination , Inside assign your checking rule and in the collective conversion option choose option 3 (No order creation if material is missing)

    Hi anand,

If system will not allow you to release the Order in case of Missing Parts that means Configuration for Order Control ( OPJK) for transaction type 2 (Order release) is maintain.

Now if you want to not allow order creation in case of Missing Parts then you have to maintain same Order Control in OPJK for Transaction type 1 (Order Creation) also.

    Regards,

    Dhaval
