Problem in Extracting Data from IT 0028

Dear All,

Employee's Medical data (Blood Group, Weight etc. ) are stored in IT 0028 (Internal Medical Service).

I am trying to extract data through S_PH0_48000510 - Ad Hoc Query, but data is not displaying in output.

Data is already maintained in table PA0028.

Following fields are selected in Ad hoc query for output.

Personnel Number,

Examination area,

Proficiency

Hi Chintan,

Have you selected an accurate reporting period?

You may try Reporting period -> All then re-run the query.

Hi Mr. Dilek Ersoz,

By taking reporting period to 'All', It works.

I have tried 'Today' & 'Current Month' then data not displayed.

While I tried with 'Current Year' & 'All' then it was displayed.

In table data is stored with today's date (i.e. 18/12/08)

Why it does so ?

We also had a similar problem.

We applied Note # 508026 - HR_LEAVING_DATE and Query and its resolved.

Pls try applying the note.

did u maintained that feilds in infosets in SQ02

Hi Mr. Sikindar,

Those fields are selected in Infoset.

(In QA02>From Left Pane to Right upper pane those fields are already selected. Even those fields are displayed with blue colour in left pane, please correct me If I am wrong in verification.)

Please suggest any other possibilities.
