Ck13n / No itemization exists for material -Message no. CK219

hi,

My client production process is Discrete Manufacturing, In routing We Assigned 13 number of operation. We were Doing Cost estimation in CK11n. After costig run, i can get itemization list details. i saved the estimation.

now i enter CK13n, Here system show one POP up.

No itemization exists for material

Message no. CK219

and it not at all displaying Itemization layout

i want to display itemization list layout in CK13n

How can get this????

Dear Prakash,

If your cost estimate is calculated properly without any error in CK11N and if you have saved the cost

estimate means ,then in CK13N with a proper costing variant you will be able to see the itemization of

the cost.

One small doubt,did you do the cost estimate in CK11N for your FERT?is there any ROH assigned in

the first level of the BOM or does you FERT contains only HALB?

Check and revert back.

Thanks for your reply,

i run the cost estimation for FERT which on raw material in bom, routing 13 operation.

when i run ck11n, system not at all showing any pop up and msg and i saved the document.

my fert bom is single level bom.

whether i have to do configuration or any in Material Master, BOM

i found in configuration settings okkn - costing variant - update tab

itemization indicator is not activated . now i activate that.

now i get itemization list layout
