Save to Excel File from SM30

Hi ,

I want data from SM30 to be saved to excel file .

Is it possible?

I am trying SYSTEM --> LIST --> SAVE --> LOCAL FILE ,,, But the LOCAL FILE option is grayed out..

any solution..

hi,

You can download data into a excel sheet using SE16.

Specify the selection criteria to get the output records. Then press CTRL + Shift + F7.

Hi Rajneesh,

The data can be downloaded from SE11 also, but i want the end user to download the data from SM30.

He does not have access to SE11 & SE16.

Hi,

First click on the Print button.....

then in the next screen you will get a Local file option with arrow symbol...8th item in the Application tool bar.

From there you can save it to Excel(Spreadsheet format)

I also wanted upload option in SM30 whch is not there i guess.
