Needed Tcode for appraial and confirmation

Dear  Experts,
                             i need transaction where the appraisal and confirmation details of an employees will be maintained and is there any standard report for displaying the employees list of who are conformed and appraised details...

Hi,

Transaction code for appraisal and confirtmation. For confiramtion you will need to run confiramtion action for an employee through PA40. The date for confirmation will be saved in actions infotype.

Report for this you can use- S_PH40_48000450, where in task type you can enter end of Probabation.

Also you can maitnain infotype0019 as reminder date for end of probabation or confirmation.

For Appraisal , appcreate to create appriasal. Appraisal data get stored in infotype 25 .

Standard report Appsearch you can use to see employees appraisals done.
