We use the generation of notifications with the maintenance plans.
When the order is generated notification number and FLOC, Equipment are in object list.
When we look at this order with IW32 we can see in each operation the functional location filled even equipment if present and the notification number.
In table AFVC we can't find this visible fields?
How can we get the order generation so that not only it is visilble on operation but is transferred also into the operation table.
Eric,
As you state, IW37N/49N show the operation assignment to FLoc/Equip (show columns: Functional Location of Operation, Equipment of Operation)
However, these transactions do not necessarily all the FLoc/Equip on the Object tab, probably due the various config settings affecting the relationship between the Objects tab and the Operations..
Raise an OSS Message to SAP to see what they recommend.

Dear experts,
When notifications from a maintenance plan are assigned to the object list of the order, the customizing of "Define Notification and Order Integration" makes that the notifications and objects are assigned to the operation. IW32 and IW37 show this assignment.
IW37N does not. I read yesterday that in SAP S4HANA Iw37, Iw39 and IW49 will be no longer available. IW37N is only transaction left.

Hi Pete, IW37N and IW49N both do show FLOC and EQUI from operation level if we put a FLOC or EQUI in the field at the operation.
IW37 does show the operation FLOC and EQUI that is in the objectlist but assigned to a operation like IW32 does.
why IW37/49N do not show this?
kind regards
Eric

Eric,
IW38/9 and IW37N/49N only show the FLoc/Equip from the order header, they do not show the data in the Objects tab.
If you need to see this data, then you will either need to write a custom report, or a development that moves the Object tab data to each operation.

I added two screenshots where you can see the order with FLOC and Equipment and the other the IW37N where they do not show.
Kind regards
Eric

Dear Tom,
if the data is not in the table AFVC it will not show in transaction IW37N.
And there is where I need to see the functional locations and equipments assigned to the operations.
the IW37N is a order operation list

Eric,
Since the objects are visible in IW32, I would say that the system is working correctly. I am unable to check another system right now, to see if the behavior is the same. My thought is that the TPLNR and EQUNR are only used in certain scenarios. The Technical Object data is on the Order Header, why is it also needed on the Order Operation?
What is your requirement driving the need for the field values in AFVC?

TRE
