Hi All.
Can we trigger an SMS to the Involved Party of a Lead when the status of the lead changes to "Converted" in SAP C4C?

You may use work flow to achieve this
Define a Workflow based on the conditions below
Business Object = Ticket
Timing = On Every Save
Condition as Status= Converted
Actions = send a text message (SMS)
Add In determinations for involved parties for whom u can send.
Nevertheless , please ensure that you have ensure the SMS configuration is complete as per Configuring SMS Channels
