Leads for Obsolete customers in SAP C4C

Hi All.

Can we create Leads from a customer after the customer has been made Obsolete in SAP C4C?

No , this will give you an error that the business partner is not valid/ Obsolete.

Nevertheless please note that , Customer Is a Stage , where it comes after the Lead / along with the lead, where you know that he is already your existing customer but is a potential candidate for your new business

There is three flavors of Lead :

Leads with Active Account/Contact / Individual Customer : Use existing account need to be selected (This needs to be enabled in scoping).
Leads with New Account/Contact : Use existing account need to be unchecked (Scoping Configuration needs to be enabled).
Leads with New Individual Customer : Create Indiv. Customer need to be selected.

Nevertheless , when you have already made a Customer obsolete , there is no Point in creating a lead for him , Instead you can make the Customer Back to Active Status and Contiue business.
