Automatic creation of tickets in C4C.


I would like to know if, in an integrated landscape (SAP Hybris C4C system integrated with ECC), can Service tickets be automatically created based on the external ID field. Clear explanation is given below:

A customer is created in C4C and is replicated to ECC. When replicated successfully, external ID field will be filled up. Once the external ID field is filled, a Service Ticket should be created automatically and assigned to a particular employee and a notification should be triggered to the employee.

Can this be achieved? Kindly share your valuable suggestion.

    As of my understanding this is not part of the standard functionality but , additional implementation option form SDK can be verified.
