customs group

Hi All,

One confusion is there, in the Demo system they have set customs group as high customs, low customs and average customs, also some numbers they have given. for ex., for high customs - customs-60, purchase - 20 but the total is calculating as 92. same thing for average and low customs. On what basis it is calculating this ?

The Customs percentage defined in Item Master has effect in 'Landed Cost'

Say for Example for an Item -A you define Customs Percentage is 10%.

Now you create a GRN for Item-A for Rs. 1000

Now you go to Landed Cost and open this GRN. Now you can find the 'Expected Customs' Value in the 'Items' tab of Landed Cost will show '100' (10% of Item Cost as per GRN, Rs.1000)
