DELIVERY CHALLAN

DEAR GURUS

some times when we are doing subcontracting process, we need to do

1) returnable gatepass for materials,

2) if matl is rejected we have to to do non returnable gatepass( challan ),

3)some times we may hav eto send some gauges to the vendor (returnable gate pass)

4) we have to send the consumableswhich are not in the bom & the consumable may be a excisable material

how to manage all these especially my doubt is with the delivery challan which we have to make.

thanks& Regards

rn.........

    very simple.

    there are only 2 case..

    returnable and non returnable,

when material comes back.. its returnable and u hv to create RGP with challan(57f4/4-5-A)

when material is non returnable either u hv to send it again vendor invoice/material rejection note of PO or else exicse invoice has to be supported.

hope i hv made it clear..

    HI

Create a single role, similar to the SAP role:

u201CSAP_LE_GATE_KEEPER Register Persons and Means of Transport at Checkpointu201D for use of this transaction

    2. Customise Warehouse u201CDoors"

chk this i snot with std SAP r 3 either with SAP HR or other module.
