Can't print sample printout in dunning immediately

Hi all,

I want to print sample printout in dunning. I use LOCL printer and tick the "start immediately". after running, I check in spool, my job status is "waiting" due to "Frontend unavailable". So I am wondering how I can print the sample printout in dunning immediately?

Thank you in advance.

Christina.

    Hello Christina,

    - When you press the button 'SAMPLE PRINTOUT', a popup appears where

you select 'Print Immed.' in the 'Job Parameters'. In addition,

press F4 on the 'output device', select 'print immediately' in the

    'Output Options'.

    - Check also your user profile to see if "Output immediately" is

checked ON using menu path: System > User profile > Own data >

    Press tab [Defaults].

Furthermore the 'print immediately' flag will not work with a frontend

printer (a printer not connected to the server but to the local PC).

With a frontend printer, you have to go to transaction SP01 and start

    the output request manually.

    Hope that does it.

    Cheers,

    Jon
