Hi,

No. I just want to develop task list hierarchy (Notification) combined with MEB to create order in simply way. Because there are much order that I should create when doing maintenance.

Hi Ronald

following is the process for building task list hierarchy

1. In the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Logistics ® Plant Maintenance ® Preventive Maintenance® Maintenance Task Lists ® Task Lists ® Hierarchical Task Lists ® Create Task List Hierarchy (transaction wpstlh1).

The Task List Hierarchy: Create screen appears.

2. Enter task list type, plant and task list status. If required, enter a change number.

3. Choose Enter.

The system automatically creates a temporary structure. The system uses the next available group unless specified. If you do not enter a group, the system uses an external number (if external numbering is set up in Customizing).

4. Build the hierarchy by adding sublevels and task lists containing operations:

To add existing task lists to a hierarchy node, select the relevant node under which you want to insert the non-hierarchical task lists and choose .

To insert further hierarchy levels, choose .

Within one hierarchy, you can mix only task list types A (General Maintenance Task List) and E (Equipment Task List) or A and T (Task List for Functional Location). As soon as you have used an equipment or functional location task list, the equipment / functional location specified there is referenced in all other equipment or functional location task lists you add to the hierarchy.

When adding task lists, you can select more than one task list at once. The sequence of task lists is relevant when the task lists are exploded and added to a PM/CS order. Use icons and to change the sequence of task lists on one hierarchy level. This function is available for both hierarchy nodes and operative task lists.

5. Save the hierarchy.

Hi Suhas,

Thanks for your explaination. I already did like yours, but when I tried to add task list that already assign to other event (let say Task 1 for OVH, and will be put on PER), the system emerge the warning message "Task list A E1333 1 already exists in hierarchy".

I used SAP R3 4.6C.

Brgds.
