Copying key figure values from quarter to periods

Hi,

I have to build a layout where users enter data in quarterly buckets and it has to diasaggregate into monthly buckets when saved for all key figures except one For that one key figure the number entered in the quarterly bucket should be equally distributed in the coresponding periods and when saved and re launched the key figure should show the entered number and not the aggregated number in the quarter bucket. How can i achieve this since for all the other key figures i am using disaggregate by equal distribution option.

Thanks

Rashmi.

    Hi,

Can you please elaborate on the issue. An example would really help in my understanding.

      Hi,

I think what you need to do is, firstly to not set the property disaggregation for 'price'. I feel the input KF for price should not be restricted by the time characteristics for which the value does not change.

For eg, rather than restricting price using some quarter value for calquarter, you should restrict it using value of #. If the price is to be taken constant over the years, you should restrict calyear also with # rather than some value for year.

      Hope this is useful.
