Open Document SSO in XIR3.1

We are trying to configure Open Document SSO for the XIR3.1,Tomcat.We are using LDAP Authentication & have configured SSO using Trusted Authentication, HTTP_HEADER.

SSO is working successfully for the Infoview,we are not sure of the correct path of the web.xml file to be changed for the Open Document SSO.

Which of the path do we need to refer to?

boxi/rel3/bobje/enterprise120/warfiles/WebApps/OpenDocument/WEB-INF/web.xml (or)

/boxi/rel3/deployment/workdir/tomcat55/application/OpenDocument/WEB-INF/web.xml (or)

boxi/rel3/bobje/tomcat/bobje/enterprise120/warfiles/WebApps/OpenDocument/WEB-INF/web.xml

Thanks in Advance.

I think this is the right one, but TA SSO for opendoc was broken on 3.0 and 3.1. It was supposed to be fixed on XI 3.1 FP1 (just released a bit ago). I have not installed or tested it though as i worked around the issue with my customer by using vintela. Since it appears you are on "nix" that won't be an option for you.

If the FP doesn't resolve then open a message with support to have it escalated again or at least have an engineer check try and reproduce.

(also moving to admin)

Thanks for your informatiom Tim.

We tried to look for the dump in the SAP support portal but we could not find it.

Could you please provide any alternate link or FTP site details from where we can down load the dump.

Thanks in advance ..

Collin.

The links are all protected to my knowledge so I can't provide one from the public forum. You can check in the [Business Objects General forum|/community [original link is broken]; they seem to be up on all the latest download info in there.

Tim
