    Hi,

The thresholds, such as 030: green, 3070: yellow, 70~100: red, and you would like to display 0, 30, 70 and 100 in dial/guage?

As I know, in Xcelsius 2008, limits (0 and 100) can be displayed in dial/guage, but other thresholds coundn't be.

To display the limits, go to Appearence->Text and check "Limits".

    Hope this can help.
