I read the suggestions here:

https://blogs.sap.com/2014/03/10/creating-a-responsive-design-in-design-studio/

for implementing in my dashboard (2 infocharts for 2 rows)

and i added this piece of code:

/* Portrait */@media only screen   and (min-device-width: 414px)   and (max-device-width: 736px)   and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 3)  and (orientation: portrait) {

#__container8 { top:10px!important; left:10px!important

}}

/* Landscape */@media only screen   and (min-device-width: 414px)   and (max-device-width: 736px)   and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 3)  and (orientation: landscape) {

#__container8 {

top:100px!important; left:100px!important

}}

The container i chose is the container in the top left of the screen.

But when a resize in portrait mode i would like to see all the infochart in a single column; instead i get always the 4 charts in 2 rows and 2 columns resized.

Where i do wrong?

Thanks

The blog refers to an older version of Design Studio.

Out of the box, Design Studio does not support responsive; it is on the roadmap with Lumira 2.x

There are extensions that handle this - visit the Analytics Extensions directory https://analytics-extensions.enter.sap/ - http://cdn.visualbi.com/wp-content/uploads/Visual-BI-Extensions-VBX-For-SAP-Businessobjects-Design-Studio-Brochure.pdf mentions this as well.

Sorry to hear that; my take is to not "reinvent" the wheel
