Material document number range extension.

HI,

I am required to do Material document number range extension to year 2009 as an year end activity. I will do that in OMBT. IS there any thing else which is required to be done from MM side as OMBT will only include inventory document range .

PLease help me in this regard.

    This will make the material number range year dependent.

    Hi Rohit

    Apart from material documents accounting and excise documents has to be extended.

    Also in the number range interval specify the year as 9999. this will repeat the number ranges yearwise by itsel.

    J_1IARE1 ARE1 Doc No object based on Series Group

    J_1IARE3 ARE3 Doc No object based on Series Group

    J_1IEXCINV Excise invoice number

    J_1IEXCLOC Local excise invoice numebr range

    J_1IEXCTST Excise invoice with intervals

    J_1IEXINEX Excise invoice number for export

    J_1IINTNUM Internally document number to be generated

    J_1IRG23A1 RG23A part 1 no. range object

    J_1IRG23A2 RG23A part II number range object

    J_1IRG23C1 RG23C part I number range object

    J_1IRG23C2 RG23C part II number range object

    RF_BELEG for accounting documents
