Feasibility of HP Service Manager 9 & SAP Solution Manager & JIRA Integration ?

Hello All,

As in my project there are 2 ticket handling system using by each team from different entities Its very difficult for management to track Incident ticket efforts.

In details:

1) Client Entity using JIRA for registering Incidents and email that JIRA number to support team.

2) Support team Entity will create ticket in SM9 based on JIRA ticket, In SM9 we can not track efforts of each ticket. I think So.

So management Entity ask to integrate SM9 and JIRA in Solution manager and consolidate the tickets and calculate the Efforts of each ticket.

To study that feasibility of this integration is possible or not, could you please help me.
