Hi All

I would like to know why I create D/O by using order type(ZKBN) that have already created output types WMTA but the system do not create TO Auto. As I create the new D/O by using order type(ZTAN) why the system create TO Auto which I have already all configured in SPRO.(Maintain & Assign Output type and Output Determination Procedures and then configure at Interfaces-->define movement type)

Please help and explian me.

Thanks you....

Chalermpol,

Is output type WMTA at least being proposed (created) but no TO printed? Or is WMTA not proposed at all. You can find this by looking at the Delivery, Extras > Output > Header or Item - wherever you have it configured to be.

Just a few places to look - most of which you probably already know:

Also keep in mind that the IM movement type you are using may or may not be the same movement type in WM (example, IM mvmt types 102 GR reversal & 122 GR return to vendor can both use WM movement type 102)

Compare the settings for movement types under SPRO: Logistics Execution > Warehouse Management > Activities > Transfers > Define Movement Types

Compare IM to WM Interface for both movement types: SPRO: Logistics Execution > Warehouse Management >Interfaces > Inventory Management > Define Movement Types > LE-WM Interface to Inventory Management

Have you checked the warehouse print parameters for each movement type? - assuming that ZTAN (standard item) & ZKBN (consignment fill up) use different movement types (SPRO: Logistics Execution > Warehouse Management > Activities > Activities) if these are net set right, then the Transfer Order will not generate.

Hope this helps

Chalermpol,

Please check the following:

1. In Item category ZKBN - make sure the "Relevant for picking" box is checked (SPRO path: Logistics Execution > Shipping > Deliveries > Define Item Categories for Deliveries)

This is set in the delivered KBN which I assume you copied.

2. Make sure the same output Determination procedure is assigned to both item categories (SPRO path: Logistics Execution > Shipping > Basic Shipping Functions > Output Control > Output Determination > Maintain Output Determination for Outbound Deliveries > Assign Output Determination Procedures)

Chances are, the second option above will fix the problem - assuming the IM>WM interface movement types are correct as you indicated.

I hope this helps

Hi John

Thanks you for youradvice in my question

As per you advice me about order type(ZKBN) which I copied ZKBN from ZTAN so I thaink that the system should create TO automatic same ZTAN and not only I have already configure both in your path (SPRO path: Logistics Execution > Shipping > Basic Shipping Functions > Output Control > Output Determination > Maintain Output Determination for Outbound Deliveries > Assign Output Determination Procedures) but system not yet create TO Auto in order types ZKBN.

I sure that I configure all path in output & interface IM>WM.

Please help me agian if you know.

thanks you.
