Middleware error

Dear All,

I created an Inquiry in CRM it not flown into R3 it was struck in Middleware. When I check in TC: SMW01 that Bdoc status is Yellow. I checked in bdoc massage errors/receivers icon, it will shows in long text of details: ITEM IS NOT TO INVOICE0000000010

Massage no. 000

Can any one guide me where I have to check?

If it BDOC is in yellow , It is in intermediate state. There is more to it. Can you pls share the status of BDOC like (I01,I02) or its texts so that i can provide more details about it.

Thanks for your quick response. In CRM the Inquiry if I press display/change button it is not editable

Document is being distributed - changes are not possible

Message no. CRM_ORDER019

Diagnosis

The document is being distributed at the moment, and therefore cannot be changed. The document will be ready for input once it has been distributed successfully.

Procedure

First, wait a while, and then try to change the document again.

I checked in R/3 TC: SMQ1 that Queue is there with the status of STOP

Please refer to the Sap Note 594750 ,which will give the solution to the problem .

As you said that queue is in STOP status, you need to unlock the queeu and try to process it. Once it is done , you can edit the inquiry.
