monitor shopping cart not giving details

When trying to check the details of shopping cart systme giving the follwoing error message

R/3 system didn't respond.Timeout ocured.session terminated.

And after approving the shopping cart the system is also not created PO in backend R/3.(extended classic sceneruio)

kindly let us know what need to check?

Hi Siva,

In case of Extended classic scenario, if the Shopping cart is incomplete then it creates a purchase order in local system and it will be in Held status. Please login to URL and cekc the order in Process PO. Once this order is complete and all entries are maintained you can click on Order button from here, which will create PO and you can now check in R/3 for PO details.

Hi

Please check the message in BBP_PD., no error found

then go and check in the SC details for the same in monitor sc check in the followon documents whether the cart approver and follow on document are not create.

then goto sm37 run the BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER. for this SC then the po will be created.

Hi,

Please check RFC connection between R/3 and SRM systems. sometimes if connections failed then system may not update PO in SRM system.
