Dear FI Experts ,

Can any one can provide me light on this

my User wants to remove existing two payment methods from the co. code, I used T.code FBZP to remove, and firstly I have stared removing from lower level: bank determination (Ranking order, Bank accounts) then payment method in co. code .and then payment method in country ,and i have removed pymt method for all vendors of that co.code

I have removed payment method assignment from (Ranking order, bank accounts) but when trying to remove payment method in co. code and from country, it is giving an error message u201CPayment method is still in use in co. code u201Cand country (u201CPayment method is still in use in some co. codes u201C) and system saying u201Cgenerate a where-used list for payment method in country and check whether the usage of the payment method can be deleted.u201D

    hi saradhi,

As the message tells u that the payment method is used in some other company code apart from your company code. Do one thing in the payment method in country select the payment that u want to delete and double click then in the next screen there is one in the top right by name "use in company codes" click that it will list u all the company codes which are using the payment method. By that u will be able to delete it first at company code level then at country level.
